Used a fair few types but this one is actually good , no taste but if you want to add it to say orange squash just to make it easier to drink then go for it , mixes extremely well but does settle to the bottom if left . For the price tho it’s great and you do get a scoop inside the bag so two of them gets you the 5mg

I can not comment on the effects on the body and mind, but I hope for the best.It's dissolving quite well and the taste is neutral.The only downside is the packaging. I think that have it in a jar would be easier to use it without a mess

ive tried 5 different companies on amazon for creatine this is by far the best considering the cost.its cheap, doesnt have a flavour, doesnt go bad like some other brands (Bulk) and develop a fishy scent, it desolves well, increases my water retention, i take around 10-15g a day since im larger (yes this is completely safe even though the recommended dose is 5g but thats the minimum for a smaller person), there is a noticeable increase in sharpness and memory recall on days i had poor sleep compared to when i dont take creatine, and the packaging - specifically the seal to close the packaging is unique and a lot better than literally every other creatine packaging ive ever used.

Easy to mix and with virtually no taste easy to drink. Can't say I have noticed any increase in physical performance, but primarily taking a low 5mg/day to reduce the risk of dementia. Does it work?, not sure but at least it's cheap and without any side effects.

Very, very fine powder, dissolves really quickly, no residue. The annoying things are that the bag is difficult to reseal (if you don't reseal it well, it'll go coarse and lumpy), and all the power sticks to the scoop (and you need two scoops), meaning you end up with dodgy looking white powder on the worktops every morning.
