Order these on a monthly bases and they are great! Well dosed and very good value for money!

Good quality, but v.large capsules
Bought these for joints, skin and eye health and I can say they are helping joints - benefits for skin will take some more time to show I suspect but pleased with the dosage of these and skin hasn’t broken out which can sometimes happen with larger doses. You do have to take 2 of them and they are rather large so just be aware of that if you struggle to take large capsules. I just make sure I take one at a time with a LOT of water/juice (don’t always do that with my other supplements!).I am impressed with the company’s sustainability aims. All in all pleased with purchase and have them on subscription.

High quality Omega 3 supplement
This is one of the best Omega supplements I have tried. Easy to swallow and it does seem to work as opposed to some of the others I tried that seemed to have more of a placebo effect. The capsules are obviously odourless and tasteless and not too large as some others. Top marks for quality.

Great Value for Heart and Brain Health.
I've been taking these Omega 3 Fish Oil capsules for a couple of months now, and I’m really pleased with my choice. Each serving gives you a solid dose of EPA and DHA, which I've read are great for heart and brain health.The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven't noticed any fishy aftertaste, which can be a problem with some fish oil supplements. I feel like my overall well-being has improved since I started taking them. They’re a simple addition to my daily routine, and I definitely recommend them for anyone looking to support their heart, brain, and eye health!

High strength but you need 2 a day which is a pain. Despite that I buy them on repeat. Love the fact you can get eco packaging although there is zero financial benefit in doing so.

Good value for money. Cod liver oil has so many different benefits, from cardiovascular and joint pain to skin health. Capsules are medium size, but their shape makes them easy to swallow.No smell or aftertaste
