The hair itself is very soft, it’s human hair and so it does feel natural to the touch. The problem we had was fitting it, despite numerous YouTube videos we just found it impossible to get a natural looking hairline that would go undetected so I personally think unless you can style it yourself OR you’re willing to go to a hairdresser who has experience, it will be a difficult piece to get right. Obviously for the price it does make you anxious to cut into in case something goes wrong as that’s it, it won’t grow back!IF we could have styled/fitted it I do think it has potential to look decent but without an expert near us this wasn’t possible.

I’m a regular buyer from this particular hair and colour, for some reason the hair system with the PU membrane is not longer available and has been like that for a while now , so I decide to buy the mixed one PU and lace , super uncomfortable to wear, the lace is so rigid is actually hurting my scalp, I had couple washes and is full of patches missing hair , is getting bald , I can’t brushed because every time I do lots of hair coming out , the front is so visible , not a believable hairline , and has been only 3 weeks since I bought it and is completely ruined, unfortunately I can’t send it back and claim for refund, this is one of the worst systems I ever purchase , I hope the PU one comes back soon , otherwise is sad to say but you are loosing a very consistent customer.

The hair was good and the right shade but I have found it very hard to style as it will not stay where I want it to be

Knots are not bleached.Grey hair is synthetic not human.After 6 weeks most of the front half hair has shed leaving big patches.Not as advertised.Poor quality.
