ASUS ROG Gaming Wrist Rest with Soft-Foam Cushioning for Ergonomic Comfort and Designed in Tenkeyless Fit for Compatibility with Most Mechanical Keyboards

I've been using this wrist rest with a corsair k63 wireless keyboard for a year or so. Very satisfied with it. I have tried a few before this and stuck with this as its perfect for a TKL keyboard. I have since moved to a compact keyboard so this is a little big. After trying some of the compact alternatives I really wish ROG released a smaller version for smaller keyboards. I would recommend this for TKL boards for sure.

Love love love! I’m a nurse, a graphic designer, a gamer. I’m at my computer most of the time. This has not once become uncomfortable. One niggling annoyance is that the centre rubber grip at the front underside, gets stuck on my desk mat more than the side ones do. It makes the wrist rest swivel instead of gripping.

Bought this to use with a Mountain Everest Max. It's a little shorter than the width of the keyboard with the numpad removed, but otherwise fits fine and is a huge improvement over the stock wrist rest that comes with it.

use this with Logitech G512.Covers most of the keyboard length.It doesn't smell bad, comfortable, easy to clean, soft, doesn't seem to damage easily. looks great and material looks durable.The only negative is, depending what surface you use, it can be slightly slippery, it will move after long gaming sessions. but slightly and easy to adjust.

I've owned this product for a year now, and think I am ready to give my thoughts.I am a software developer and I can spend anywhere from 8 - 20 hours a day (rarely but it happens) typing at the computer. When I was younger I had a motorcycle accident that means I have reasonably aggressive arthritis in my left wrist - these two things together make me extremely sensitive to even the most minor of ergonomic issues with my keyboard, and it has been several years of trial and error and expense to find something that doesn't hurt me.The keyboard I use sits at a height of 1.7cm at the front, this is the same height the plastic at the highest point of the wrist wrest sits at the back. This means should I push the wrist wrest up to the keyboard it sits perfectly flush. In my case as you can see from the attached picture, the wrist wrest is exactly the same width as my keyboard also, and I tend to place the wrist wrest around 3cm from the keyboard so my palms rest on it, which, is ergonomically the best setup I have ever had.I have not had any wrist or finger pain whatsoever since pairing my keyboard with this wrist rest, despite putting some absolutely disgusting hours at the computer this year, so if you have a similar size keyboard to me I think this is exactly what you are looking for in terms of dimensions.Structure & Quality:Structurally the wrest is build very well, it has a hard plastic back with sizeable anti-slip pads and the faux leather has only shown very mild signs of wear where my left hand sits, I am confident this will last me another couple of years easily. The underside is raised at the back to allow shaped keyboards to slide underneath it, and it is worth noting that despite this there is no chance of the rest tipping or rocking on the back edge, it's been designed just right.Comfort:Reading some of the other reviews here I have seen a few people mention that the padding is not substantial, and this is true. What I have not seen people note however is that this wrist rest never gets hot under your wrist - even when gaming for many hours through the summer I have never thought "man the wrist rest under my left palm is really hot and sweaty", and I suspect that this is reason the padding is quite light, given it is marketed towards gamers.You can feel base of the pad through the padding if you fully weight your palms. I rest my elbows on my chair so this isn't an issue for me, but I can see it may be if you are expecting something very squishy. I actually really dislike the classic wrist rests which are too solid and get hot and sweaty really fast, this feels more like... a cloud with a firm base.The only issue I have with this product sometimes is with the firm base, as once you have been at the PC for 10 hours or so if you have had your palms on it the entire time and the light and airy foam gets totally defeated it can start to feel more like you are resting your wrist on the desk. I would really like to see an iteration of this product with a very thin layer of a dense but squishy material as a final barrier between the light and airy foam it has and the plastic base.Hygiene:I have never cleaned this wrist rest. This is probably a disgusting thing to admit, but I've never felt I have to, it looks as clean now as it did when I got it. It doesn't look greasy, it doesn't collect sweat marks, it's just not a concern. Absolute top marks for the materials used.Verdict:This product gets almost everything right. The design, dimensions, materials and build quality are all absolutely top notch, with the choice of "don't get warm and sweaty" foam being a double edged sword that is great for long sessions at the keyboard but results in your palms "bottoming out" at times. I suspect an extra slice of a much denser material between the light foam and base would take this from being an excellent wrist wrest to, at least in my view, the best wrist wrest you can buy.Should you buy it?Well, if you are looking for something unintrusive with excellent build quality then yes you should. I think it comes down to what you are trying to solve - in my case I needed something precisely the right height and dimensions to elevate and isolate my wrist, and if this is your issue then I believe this is the best product on the market and you should buy it.If you are more looking for something super extra squishy to give your palms a cuddle, unfortunately in it's current iteration this product is probably not for you.

Feels like a premium item, like most of the Rog line products. Item smaller than expected but adequate for what I needed it for.

A nice ten keyless wrist wrest for my Logitec G Pro X that fits nice and snug up against the board, it could do with more padding and its not exactly cheap but does the job and the tkl rests are pretty hard to come by.

2 YEAR UPDATE:Top layer started coming off on the left side where my wrist rests. Gets all gunked up, so it’s going in the bin.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Nice and comfy. Could have better grip on the bottom, but it’s not a big deal. Fits perfectly with Razer Blackwidow Lite.
