If you have animals, you NEED this
When my standard goldendoodle, who is so energetic that she could easily run around the world five times, got fixed I was at a loss for words when she had her spay incision open in a matter of two hours postop. Luckily we placed staples using the sterile staple gun and her incision has been able to heal! As an ER nurse, having access to this level of hospital grade equipment is a necessity for my home.
