I have one Toyota Hilux 3.0 Turbo Diesel 2013, now with this notice easier breathing engine filter, plus the sound of the turbo is accentuated in shifting when I accelerate from zero my car can feel more torque at the output, I hope I can improve fuel consumption, on the streets of Costa Rica (uphill, downhill, dirt roads and city) have a yield of 11.8 liters per kilometer, I hope to improve this performance, I will be posting.Must be put carefully filter, it has a snug fit in the air box, you should attach the symmetrical notches on the top of the filter with the notches in the air box, but the box is good does not it will be close however strong may try to damage the filter.**update 29/04/2014Sure my car has more torque output, but km/liter has decreased 0.1, now is 11.7 km/liter.

I installed my k&n air filter on my toyota hilux vigo 1kd 3.0 common rail diesel engine. i cant believe they make it with perfect fit for my diesel truck but it was perfect fit and you can now hear the turbo breathing like it should as you can se the diesel you save on highway i have used it for 6,000km now and is working beautiful i will recomend this product to anyone with a toyota 1kd engine and a 2kd engine the 3.0 litre diesel and the 2.5 diesel engine also.

I have a 2010 Ford Ranger and I bought this because:1] A good friend recommended it2] Good reviews about air filtrationI used K&N before and it was good but I didn't see a difference back then (a mitsubishi). But since in my part of the world a ranger air filter is not easy to come across I bought the K&N and WOW did it make a significant difference. The ride is smoother, better and more zip into it. Now I love my ranger so I may be biased about the car but this filter really added something.I have always noticed after maybe 400 miles the zip from new oil and a service sort of drops and the car slowly goes into reserve mode ... not dead or poor performance but just not as responsive. And that drags out to another 2000 miles and then follows some other stages that just say I need to get another service.This K&N filter keeps the zip that I love throughout. I am NOT saying it reduces the need to service ... that doesn't change. Just saying that fantastic airflow remedy that K&N mastered really helps keep the D in your drive.

I installed this filter in 2015, It's now 2024 and i am installing it again. Almost 10 years, I got great service with this filter. Highly recommended

Fit my toyota hilux 2014 model RH drive perfectly.Vehicle is moving a tad bit faster. Fuel errrrr it's a diesel vehicle so who cares how Fuel economical it is. If you weigh in how much you would spend for a stock filter every time it gets dirty whilst just buying one of these it's insanely great on your pocket. Just Buy it. Engine is 2kd-ftv.
