This traction works well. Just be sure not to pull too hard or let your body weight pull against it too much because it can cause some damage. I have experience, lol.

Works like a charm. I would give it a 5 if the length could be easily adjusted versus tying a new knot. It does come with instructions (some review said it did not). Operates just like the one at my chiropractor.

This traction device is just like the one I use at the chiropractic office. I been needing one of these for awhile and never thought to get one online. I was super stoked to be able to get one of these for home use.I have a condition where my head hangs over the front of my body and pulls the muscles up from the lower back causing me a lot of pain. This Traction device really helps the curvature in the neck and relives a lot of pain for me. It also helps my neck that always seems to be really tight.This comes with the neck bar, the chin bar , 2 ropes, the door locker and a stiff spring. Once it is all put together you have a device where you put the bottom bar under the back of the neck, The top bar under the chin and you use your body weight to hang with the majority of the weight on the neck giving it a good pull.If your familiar with traction and you find benefit from it , this would be for you. If you suffer from neck and back pain , give this a try. Bare minimum it feels good. This is a person specific product and I would highly recommend this to people who need it. Just a fantastic device overall.

This neck tool was fairly easy to install and use . Highly recommend always talk to a doctor first about a new regimen. It did work as intended and helped relieved the tension in my neck which definitely decreased my headaches and pain.

This neck traction device is very similar to the one at my chiropractor's office, and it functions the same too. I find neck traction to be helpful for me personally, so I was excited to try this one.The components feel solid, and when installed it feels very secure (only install on the inside of the door, not the side it opens towards!). The padding under the neck and chin feel comfortable too.While I do like the product and will continue to use it, two things are not ideal: it required assembly and the rope isn't long enough. There were no instructions included for assembly, but after going back to look at the photo in the listing it was easy enough to figure out how to put it together. It's possible it wasn't assembled in order for you to be able to adjust the length of the rope for your height. However, at 5'4" the provided rope just isn't even close to long enough for me. When it's installed in a standard 6'8" door, I have to get on my tiptoes to put my neck in place and there's not really enough length to move away from the door at all in order to properly squat to create the right angle of traction. I will likely be buying a longer rope.Additionally, there were no instructions for how to use it. If I hadn't already received instructions from my chiropractor, I could have used it or installed it incorrectly. Definitely look up the proper way to use one of these devices if you order this one.
