Very comfortable to use.I have a second, more complex neck stretcher that I got 13 years ago, but it's not something comfortable to sleep in and after not using it for about 10 years, I can't even use it properly anymore due to how stiff my neck is.I bought this neck pillow in a desperate attempt to get my neck back into a natural curve and alleviate my headaches. Its design is genius, first use I could feel the pillow stretching out my neck muscles. It did hurt (instructions said it would hurt first use) but my neck muscles are stretched and more flexible. Now when I use it my neck is gradually popping back into a natural curve with the pillow letting gravity do all the work.My headaches are gone and every night the pillow is more comfortable to use and I can use it for longer. I was skeptical but this really works for me. Occasionally, I will get a kink in my neck that will not go away no matter how much I stretch or massage it. It comes when I sleep on it wrong or have a bad pillow. I lay on the floor with this for a few minutes and my neck feels better. I strongly recommend you give it a try if you have similar symptoms.

I purchased this device about two months ago to correct my posture, which was contributing to problems with my shoulder. Initially I found it very helpful. It was comfortable to use and I noticed improvement in my posture. However, about a month ago I stayed on it for a longer period of time, probably around 10-15". Since then I have been experiencing an increasing level of vertigo, to the point where I cannot walk without holding onto something or someone. After contacting a family member who is a chiropractor, I learned that this is due to a shift in the crystals in the ear canal and is correctable by using the "Epley maneuver." Hopefully that is the case. She also said that this device should only be used by someone who is receiving regular chiropractic adjustments.FOLLOW UP: I posted the above review on 9/4/23. The following day I was contacted by the seller apologizing for the difficulty I experienced and offering me a full refund. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the seller in reaching out to me and offering a refund, which I had not even requested. However, I chose not to accept the offer because my problem occurred as the result of not using the product correctly per the instructions. My husband assisted me in performing the Epley Maneuver (we watched a YouTube video) and my vertigo rapidly improved. Once I resume chiropractic treament, I plan to beginning using this product again according to the recommended guidelines, as I was truly beginning to see benefits.
