I bought the Amazon Basics keyboard, but it started malfunctioning within days. Some keys wouldn't work intermittently. Given its 1-year warranty, I reached out to customer care. However, the support experience has been frustrating.- Each time I sent a video demonstrating the issue, they found excuses and asked me to resend.- Lack of clear resolution or replacement offer.Potential buyers, be cautious. While the product might seem good initially, the lackluster support can be a significant hassle. Consider other brands with better customer service reputation."

Good keyboard for daily usage.If usage is minimal it is good like mine. Not sure about heavy usage.

The first look and feel and use of the keyboard is outstanidng. Keys are little hard and and coming double letters while using. Intially there was some hiccup while connectinf the keyboard to devices. However later this gottresolved. It's a bit tricky to get connected to devices. Compact keyboard & quality wise ok. Battery life will comment Later. Functional wise double entry is comming while typing.

From a price point of view it is underwhelming. Build quality is alright but it lacks basic utility features such as brightness or volume control.Also the layout seems more suitable for Mac users so windows users plz don't even bother. You'll be hitting Fn key whenever you want to hit Ctrl. Really annoying and takes time to adjust.Not recommended.

It works but it is really cheap quality. Plus, F11 and F12 should be shortcuts for volume, not Inspect Element. If they had to change something, they should have changed something that is much less needed to avoid copyright or similar issues. Its not even 1 month of use and this is how it looks

Amazing wireless chargeable keyboard. Im using and old macbook pro mid 2012 and a new Macbook pro M4 also am i5 Windows 10 laptop. This keyboard is working flawless with all and has and amazing battery power backup. The design is really neat and classy. This is super awesome.
