I’ve been using the Amazon Basics 12W Dual Port Fast Charger for a while now, and it’s been a great purchase. The build quality is solid, and the dual-port design is really convenient for charging two devices at the same time. It provides a reliable and consistent charge, and I haven’t experienced any overheating issues. While it’s not the fastest charger out there, it does the job well for everyday use. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and perfect for home or travel. Highly recommended!

The 12W Dual Port Fast Charger from Amazon is a dependable and practical charging option. I can save time and outlet space by charging my phone and another gadget at the same time thanks to two ports. An added bonus is the 1m Type-C cable that comes with it. It is ideal for travel because it is lightweight and small. Although it isn't the fastest charger available, it charges most gadgets at a respectable rate. All things considered, it offers good performance and portability at a very reasonable cost.

The product worked fine for around a month but then one day, one of the two ports stopped working completely. I tried to follow the tips Amazon gives you to fix the port but nothing worked. I contacted Amazon customer support (as the product does have 1 year of warranty) and I was told that they couldn’t help me and I will have to contact the Amazon basics team directly, on call. So that’s what I did.The first time I spoke with them, they asked me to give them my email address and said they were going to send me an email telling me all the documents that I will need to send in order to claim my warranty (video proof of the product not working, product invoice, email id and phone number of the Amazon account by which the product was purchased). Sure enough I received the email and I sent them all the necessary documents. I thought it was over and waited for a few days, but then I got the same email asking me to send all the documents again, so I did, for a second time. But the emails kept coming, no matter how many times I sent them what they were begging for, they kept sending me the same irritating automated message. And then I was fed up and contacted support for the second time and explained to them how ridiculous the whole thing was, they told me that now the problem was fixed and asked me to send the documents one more time. And so after I sent them the documents for the last time and thought it was over, there was yet again another email sent to me asking me to send all the documents again! I was furious and refused to send the documents again. The emails didn’t stop. They kept asking me again and again to send them the documents and after I few days went by without me replying, they said they were gonna close my support ticket as I am not responding to their emails.Finally I contacted Amazon customer support telling them what was going on and, they asked me to send the documents again!! This time they said, through Amazon, they were going to review it personally and ensure that my warranty was claimed once and for all. I gave them the documents and they said it was all done and all I had to do was wait eight hours for a confirmation email to be sent to my email. As of writing this review, it has been 48 hours since and still there is no confirmation email sent to me nor did I get any refund. I have been trying to claim this warranty for three and a half months now but still no progress. I don’t plan to quit trying.This has by far been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.Absolutely horrible and infuriating service from Amazon

This Amazon Basics 12W dual-port charger is compact, efficient, and charges devices quickly. The included 1m Type-C cable is a plus. Perfect for everyday use with universal compatibility. I really like This Product And This is One Of The Best Purchase In amazon And Pakagin Quality is Very good.

The first one was defective and not charging. I had to replace that.The second one is charging but slow. I thought it would be a 4amp charger, but it is like 2am charger, good for charging old 3000mah batteries, but slow for big phones with 6000mah batteries.
