I typically only write a review for items that I really do not like or ones that I absolutely love and want to recommend. I highly recommend this product.First, these posts are surprisingly sturdy. I was also surprised at the ease of putting them together and how well they stick into the ground. I did not get these for lights, but to hold up a garden sun shade over my plants so I really appreciate the ability to adjust the height to what you need. Right now they only need to be slightly taller then me (I am 5', so they are about 5.5') so I can walk under the garden shade, but at some point my hydrangeas will get up to 6' plus tall so I can adjust the posts as needed. At the same time--I can still hang lights or some other garden ornament on them if I want. These little posts are remarkable convenient for different functions for something so lightweight. I'm going to get another set so I can use them in other parts of my garden.

What's not to love about these lights! They are lightweight and were easy to install and hang. The pole supports worked great and are very sturdy ! We put them on the side rails of our deck. The lights are made of a lightweight plastic, not glass so they won't break easily. The bulb size was slightly smaller than I was expecting, but they work well and put out a lot of light! They look more amber in the photo than they actually are. I added warmth to the photo. These were much cheaper than the ones I saw in the stores. I have them on a timer to come on at dusk and dawn. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought these light poles to run string lights around my patio. The poles were very easy to screw together and felt like a quality build. They are very easy to install but definitely need to be anchored to post or house. I had about 20ft runs and once I started hanging the lights the poles would bend over. Once I screwed them into the fence the problem was solved. Another option would be to put a pole every ten feet or so. Definitely happy with the purchase.

I got the string poles. The first ones we got were bad as we couldn't put the top with the hook together with the rest but I got them replaced real quick. These ones worked as intended and put them together really quick and attached then to the hand rail. I liked them were in sections and I did not have to use all of them to get the height we wanted. It was a little windy the other day and they stayed in place. I got another set to put then around the firepit with some string lights.

These have held up in 65mph winds so far and done great! They're easy to put together and stick into the ground. The only issue we had was at the corners. Our space is a 52ft×26ft rectangle. At every corner, the poles bent like crazy even with a tether pulling them back toward position. We ended up changing our corners out for 4x4 wood poles and left these for the middle sections and they work beautifully. Our solar panels could clamp onto the poles easily or hook onto the top hooks.

We just started to try to make our space, that our pool was removed from, last summer into a useful and relaxing place to entertain around a campfire. These poles enclosed the area so nicely, making it feel complete and the lights add so much. The poles came quickly and assembled easily and seem very sturdy. So far they are still standing straight after a couple of heavy wind storms. We did decide to bury them a few inches down for the extra support. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Started with 4 and purchased 4 more!

Works pretty well. They are pretty versatile providing the ability to hook up the lights when you don't have a post to hook the lights on. They are fairly sturdy, I would recommend being careful putting them in the ground to make sure you don't bend the poles. My only issue is they do tend to unscrew a little so the occasional re-tightening is necessary.
