Partly my fault for not reading the description fully but these dividers are completely plastic not just the tabs as I assumed.They are very thin and flimsy and this makes it harder to turn to the section required.I have no idea how long they will last compare to the card ones I'm used to, I will just have to wait and see.

Practical and does what its suppose to although a bit slippery when putting in the file.

I bought these and a permanent marker to write on with thinking they would be stronger than the cardboard ones whose holes inevitably end up ripping over time and use. The main dividers are thin plastic but the index card was thin cardboard/ thick paper. It served a purpose but I suspect with time and use It will rip easily and I’ll have to repair or replace the front index sheet.

These disappear behind documents in plastic wallets so almost useless. I believe the idea is you use the front paper page which guides you to where it is and then you find the appropriate letter... which I see very little sense in. Just make them wider? Also very flimsy all be they potentially more durable than card... but actually, id take my chances with card dividers. Also, the printing of the letters is very poor. Not good. How they got 4 stars average is beyond me... must be fake reviews
