Felt the difference from very first drop. I purchased to see how good of an appetite suppressant it was and for it's gut help. I'm constantly bloated, especially in top part of my stomach no matter what i ate. Since starting this my bloating has eased. I feel more comfortable now. I even feel like it's a decent appetite suppressant, I can eat less and feel full. Although I don't see any real weight loss on the scale, I just feel better overall. I'll be ordering more.

I like that this supplement is in a drop form, so makes it very easy and convenient to take.

Really works used along with a semaglutide and A1c numbers dropped tremendously. Will try without the Semaglutide to see it’s potency.

I do believe it helped me start losing an incremental amount more weight than I was, but it says it has 30 days of servings, but it only lasted 18 at best. Helped a bit as an appetite suppressant, but I was still hungry at night. At that point it's just willpower to not eat. I wasn't starving, but was mildly hungry, so not sure how one wants to judge that in terms of appetite suppressant. It's palatable and only the once right at the beginning when I was "sure" it wasn't doing anything so I took it in the morning right after taking it at night and by the end of the day I was very nauseous and I basically charlie horsed in my guts. So after that I did what the bottle said and didn't exceed the recommended dosage and did not have that happen again. I included that for any over-anxious individuals like myself. Just have patience. Overall it did help a bit. And that was noticeable.

Cut’s appetite and feel more energetic. However, I don’t take it very often because of the appetite suppressant it seems to cause

not much taste, no measurements on the dropper, have to estimate dose, so trying every other day. So far no noticeable effects. easy to swallow, would suggest letting it set a few sec under tongue. quality was good and packaging was good. no weight loss expected.

This is an a magic cure, but it definitely helps curve my appetite sometimes
