I've been taking these for the past couple months and while I haven't seen any major improvements, I haven't had any side effects either. I have felt a little more energized, which I appreciate. The pills are easy to swallow, odorless, flavorless, and don't hurt my stomach (which is pretty sensitive). These are made in the USA and third party tested, which is always a good sign.

I bought this to help with post workout repair. It seems to work because I feel less tired after taking it and my muscles don’t feel as sore. It seems to be working and increasing the glutathione which is why I got it. Time will tell if anything else changes. The price point is over the top. So I really hope that it will help more.

I'm hopeful of this helping in the long run, as urolithin is supposed to help with muscle recovery and other benefits. The liposomal version is supposed to be better for absorption, and this product is pure urolothin without any other additives. The company includes lab test results easily found on their website.

Liposomal supplements are usually liquid or gel, not capsules. Capsule just a dry powder.I would suspect fraud.

Easily digested, flavorless two capsule dosage. Seems to be of good quality. No adverse effects detected.

I wasn't familiar with this supplement so in researching it online I found the results of a human clinical trial on the NIH Library of Medicine site that concluded that Urolithin A improves muscle strength, exercise performance, and biomarkers of mitochondrial health in a randomized trial in middle-aged adults. The 4 month trial compared placebo to 500 and 1000mg daily dosages, which happen to correspond to the dosages provided by 1 and 2 of these capsules from Neurogan. I appreciate that this supplement is made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility and third-party lab tested. There are no other fillers or ingredients other than the cellulose capsule and there's no noticeable taste or smell. I haven't taken it long enough to see any effects positive or negative, but I'm encouraged by the research I've done. The product seems on the pricey side, but it is in a liposomal form which generally offers better absorption.

I am probably not the target audience for this supplement. I have not felt any different since I started taking these supplements and honestly have probably felt a little worse.But that could be that I am under alot more stress then usual.Needless to say I would not be purchasing these again in any way.

In fact, at the time of this review, it costs roughly 60% of what many competing products do.Overall, this is a great product and I highly recommend it!
