Not sure why this is frequently returned. It is blazing fast. Probably because of the hardware rather than software implementation of a neural network, which seems to be built right into the OS. There is something going on there with AI that makes some functions impossibly fast. I am blown away every time I tap the screen to power out of hibernation mode, and I am back up in less than a second.Using four fingers to swipe left ot right to change between 5 different dual monitor desktops is like having multiple dual monitor computers all on one desk.I have set up separate virtual dual-monitor desktops. for Work, Studying, Family, Browsing the web, and conducting team meetings with friends. I can have a dozen programs open at the same time, each window on a virtual desktop related to the task the program is needed for. Finally, we have a computer that can keep up with people who have to multitask.(... OH. Awesome machine. This is so easy to use. Love the touch screen and the ease of attaching a key board. I use this on the plane, in my craft room, for our business. It's perfect size for traveling.

I have had 2 others Surfaces in the past. All bought direct from stores. Partly because on line shopping was not so popular. This is my third one. It cost more then the others. It seems to be made so you can't do much with it. 2 USB-C ports no headset port. It is more like a clipboard then a 3 ring binder. I have to keep it because I need something for a trip I'm taking.

When these first hot the market they were so far out of my price range I thought I would never get one. Then Amazon put them on sale, sale price just under $1,000 plus the Amazon payment plan allowed me to buy one.I have 5 IT degrees and decades of experience in the field.This is by far the best tablet made, it runs JW Library fast. The JWL is extremely responsive, it run NW Scheduler, Watchtower Library, it's the only tablet a JW will ever need.If you can afford it, I strongly suggest getting one. I do miss the SD Card port, that was a big disappointment but not a deal breaker.

If you are in the photobooth industry, and you offer printed copies of the photos taken by your software, DO NOT buy this tablet for your booth. While it is a great tablet, because it uses a Snapdragon processor, it will not install any of the most popular printers such as DNP, HITI, Canon, etc. You must purchase tablets that use an Intel processor such as an I5 or I7 in order to install the print drivers.

Great PC overall. Long battery life and great for business like tasks. Reminder, this is snapdragon, not intel/amd. ALOT of programs like brother printer services or anything basic will NOT work with snapdragon processors. Do your research to see what is compatible with this processor because you might end up with more headaches than not. Side note if most of your work is web based with office and whichever then this pc will be the trick. If you need a better experience just buy a Surface Pro 9 or wait for a better processor.

My new favorite computer. If you know what you are doing (like with most computers), it is a powerful tool. I use it along with the Flex keyboard to get 'real' work done that I couldn't on an iPad. I am a developer so that includes coding and managing cloud stuff. The screen is great minus the weird grain you get with high brightness level white screens. The speakers sound good and the webcam looks great. I think it is a great value for the price I got it.It's not an iPad, but for me it is something better. Overall it is a well built, portable computer.

Used-Very GoodMan this thing is brand new! Someone apparently tried to load a separate image onto it, disabled the Secure Boot; probably messed that up and decided to return, and I'm glad they did!This puppy is faster and sleeker than my Surface Pro 7 ever was, and thanks to Amazon, I got it for roughly the same price.
