Works as intended.
Item eventually worked as described. Despite the packaging claiming the remote control was keyed to the unit at the factory, I still had to pair the remote receiver and the remote control itself before the device showed any signs of life.Seems to work, well, but after a period of time the remote appears to go to sleep, so the next time you use it to dim lights, it appears that you have to switch it on and off before it will respond. The instructions on the card are very scant.As for longevity and reliability - we shall have to wait and see, it is certainly more expensive than many rivals available elsewhere.......

Needs minor improvements
Used it for over month now and no massive disadvantages or complaints abou it although it required pairing at the startup but description specified opposite.No Manual available and there is no details regarding installation and recommendation for the lighting. Only simple photo how to connect dimmer.Good casing design and comfortable remote control

This product does not do what it says on the tin. Consistently disconnects from remote. You then have to re-pair it with reciever. So no point in having a remote. Shame
