They glide across the page, I do not like black ink because it can look..messy, clumsy even but with these pens everything looks so neat!The only downside is, on some paper finishes they can smudge easily, that is the reason for the 4 stars.This is actually my second set, I bought this bigger box and gave to all my colleagues, lol.They love them.

These pens are very smooth and write well! I am very pleased with the cost and 3 colors was a bonus! The package was delivered quickly and the pens have a little cap to cover the pen tip, so none of ink will spill. So, far, no clogging or leaks. Will buy again!

This is a needle tip ballpoint pen with great, smooth ink. This pens have been a wonderful find for this stationary geek. I work in an office where your pens get "borrowed" if they aren't locked up, but it is a pain to keep everything locked up all the time. If one of these gets borrowed, the borrower comes back and wants to know where I got the pen they "borrowed". The needle point is great for using with a ruler for drawing straight line. I teach and make many "spreadsheets" by hand for certain things, so a pen that can get right up against a ruler it is great. Do a bit of searching on Amazon and find the other configurations these come in. I've found them in the standard red, black, blue colors and a multi-color pack, so perfect for my uses.
