Even though the product is for diabetics but there's added sugars in this product which is detrimental to the person who is consuming it.

Maltodextrin
Tooooo sweet in taste. It has Maltodextrin then I don’t know how come it is safe for diabetic patients. Maltodextrin GI is 85-105. This means that maltodextrin can cause a sharp increase, or spike, in people's blood sugar shortly after they eat foods that contain it.
