Good as expected

I don't like giving bad reviews but, I felt that it's my duty to make people aware of what they're about to buy. I have zinc and copper deficiency. So I thought I'd take supplement. I did not research on these two minerals and just bought what I saw in Amazon. I took 1 capsule per day for one week. From the first day itself I had nausea and stomach ache, it continued everyday. I thought I had food poisoning so I didn't thought much about this supplement. It worsened each day. I couldn't keep anything down. I couldn't eat even a spoonful of food without feeling nauseated. I researched and found that zinc and copper GLUCONATE is the worst form of supplement. We had to take these two minerals separately keeping atleast 1 or 2 hours gap in between. I lost a lot of weight because I couldn't eat properly for a month. I felt sick all the time. It took me a month to recover from the side effects of this supplement. I won't recommend this type of supplements to anyone from any brand. Do a good research before you buy any supplement. There are many forms of zinc and copper supplement for different purpose and ailments. Find which one you need and buy. Don't be like me. With little knowledge I just jumped in to buy what I first saw.

My Honest Review after taking one monthPors1.one of the best bioavailable form of Zinc (well absorb in Empty stomach)2.Copper added to it ...ensures prevents copper deficiency because of taking Zinc for long time.Cons1.One of the biggest problem i faced.... strong nausea... for hours...this really disappointing 😔.My body didn't adjust to its minimum dose even after taking for a month....2. To avoid this problem.... don't take it empty stomach.... take after light food or breakfast (this may decrease its absorption)Pro. Tip:Use alternative form of Zinc like Zinc methionine...Bioavailabiloty as good as zinc picolinate besides.... more gentle to stomach...and don't causes nausea... even in empty stomach.Budget friendly also.(My recommendation is Brexhealth Zinc Methionine)
