Cepacol Antibacterial Mouthwash, Gold, 24oz

This is an excellent mouthwash, a name I trust that's been around for a long time, feels clean, no aftertaste, smooth, soothing to my mouth, great value.

As others have said, this is getting harder & harder to find in stores, though it's apparently the preferred brand in hospitals. I wrote to the company twice to ask where I could buy it locally, but they didn't bother to respond. (Why DO companies have email links to customer service on their websites, only to ignore any emails they receive??)This mouthwash is more pleasant and less stinging than most on the market, and doesn't leave that sicky-sweet taste in my mouth. Many of today's mouthwashes have such an overload of artificial sweetener that I wake in the morning feeling as if I've slept sucking on a sugar cube, almost nauseatingly sweet and clingy even though I've brushed my teeth (because, of course, I use the mouthwash after brushing.)I love Cepacol and have been using it for many years -- ever since being introduced to it when hospitalized -- and I just wish the local stores had it, but the new add-on program at least makes it cost-effective to include in an Amazon order. In fact, it costs me less to buy via Amazon than it does in the very few markets or drug stores that still carry it or will order it.

I have large crevices in my tonsils and this is the only mouthwash that doesn't burn my mouth and helps keep my tonsils cleaner. It is great on my gum and teeth and doesn't make the inside of my cheeks peel like other mouthwashes. It gets the job done!

Was expecting a weird tasting Mouthwash, but this is very pleasing.Only thing I heard to watch out for is for the active ingredient in this stuff turning your teeth brown...yeah... not so keen on my breath being fresh but my teeth looking dirty- Will probably only work this into my routine about 2-3 days a week when I need that extra bit of clean.

This item is great compared to alcohol based mouthwashes.

WHAT I LIKED IS THE AVAILABILITY TO FIND IT ON LINE , I COULD'NT FIND IT IN THE STORES AND THE PRICE WAS GOOD.

This is the best mouthwash ever! Given to me as part of the care package at the hospital when I had my son. Have been a fan ever since (39 years now). Wish I could source it here in Canada.
