Great product for a great value. Like many others, I try to buy a good quality product for a good value. I have learned to read the labels, and just because it says "organic" or "non-Gmo", that doesn't mean it is true. Always read the ingredients. Saying that, my husband and I have been very low in Vitamin D, since around 2010. We took the recommended dose of 1,000 IU a day; still low for years; then increased to 2m000 IU daily; still low. It wasn't until I found Dr. Berg videos and I understood the importance of Vitamin D3 with K2, and to start with at least 5,000 IU per day. Around 2015 we finally started seeing an increase on Vitamin D, but still in the low range. We decided to follow Dr. Berg's instructions and take 10,000 IU per day. We are finally in the middle range. And after doing so much research in so many products, this brand is by far very clean (no additives or unnecessary ingredients) and at a very affordable price. I have been buying this item for the last 2-3 years and I will continue. I was comparing with other famous brands and OMG, they add other bad ingredients and are super expensive! I am sticking to this brand!

As someone that deals with deficiencies after becoming disabled, this supplement works so please keep on top of lab work! This supplement has thrown my numbers through the roof! I have never taken this combo from any other supplement manufacturer and go from negative to off the chart too high (and only within months).As a ex-athlete now disabled it’s hard to maintain good labs, folks, this supplement works! I now have to back off for a bit to get my levels down then reduce my intake. Totally impressed but wow, did not expect to have numbers so high (which is not good) but at least it tells me that my supplements are of good quality. I just have to balance my intake. This D3 and K2 work good to elevate my D levels in my blood. It's definitely a game changer. I have been taking it since 2000 and it is very effective. It was proven effective in annual blood tests. My doctors was very impressed.

If you look at my before and after labs. These definitely do work. I took them on and off for nine months. The dosage is very high. Be extremely cautious take just one capsule instead of two. And get tested sooner than later. I thought these were cheap junk. They are perhaps too effective considering the recommended dose.

Great D3 and K2 combo for a good price. Will def purchase again.
