YUM!! I have had the bowls before,but this is better. Instead of short noodles there are long rice noodles. It could have been me or that I add water until it looks right, which is probably a little more than directed, but I taste a slightly stronger lemongrass taste. I like having more lemongrass. The chilli was almost the same level as in the bowl. I put all ingredients in the bowl and hot water from the water cooler, but I find that the liquid cools to fast and the rice noodles do not completely cook. I put mine in the microwave for a minute to solve this issue, which heats the container to help retain the heat.

These are so yummy! My favorite lunch on the weekends. I hadn't been able to find them in my local supermarkets anymore so I'm very happy to be able to buy them on amazon. Great value for the money and high quality. So easy to prepare.

The flavor is not bad, but the dry pasta is nasty. I can taste it like it is old....

I first found these at a store about 15 years ago and hadn't seen them in years until I found them on Amazon. They still taste similar, but the flavor is not as pronounced as it used to be. I add chicken or broken up hardboiled eggs to the soup to bulk it up and add additional flavor. I was buying the cases of this through 2023 for half the price they are asking now. The value at the current price in May 2024 is not at all worth it.

delicious, cheap, can be made in 3min... what more can you ask for. I was devastated when I could no longer find them in the supermarket and then I found these! garlic and onion are also great.

It doesn’t taste very good and very small quantity. Will not buy again

I search for cheap healthy gluten free food, this checks all the boxes and even tastes good!
