It's a jewelers dremel.
Ita "battery" is a capacitor which is it was described as so would cause a lot less charging time for the job duration. But works well on really soft metals.

Awesome engraving tool
Bought this little pen to engrave some medals i bought for my soccer team. What came with this was more than I expected. Had many different engraving tools to choose from. Also came with a stencil that saved my life. I had to do about 14 medals and I never had to change bits.

Not powerful. Hasn’t engraved stone. Takes a long time to grind a toenail.
Neat little kit. Not as powerful as I was expecting. I have had zero success engraving stones. Works alright on soft pine boards, but nothing hard like stone. Worked, some what, to pair down my dogs dewclaw nail that curls into the toe pad. Small enough to get into that tight space. However to takes a VERY LONG TIME to grind down that one little toenail.
