I very leave a review for anything. I've got better things to do. Buy and use. However, I bought these with hopeful scepticism. I was going to wait until I'd finished the 15 day cycle. Almost 1 week in and I can notice the stubborn hard to move belly/hip flab has started going. I am a very active person and eat the right food apart from the weekend when I treat myself but found the waist line hard to strip back. These 100% work. What to expect. Take before bed, and once your up in the morning you'll be needing the toilet. For me usually after about 15 minutes of being active. I wouldn't go too far from a toilet until you've been a couple of times. Slight stomach cramps for the first couple of days until you've been to the toilet and this settles but keeps you regular. I have IBS and when I find it hard to go that aggravates my haemorrhoids. These capsules have made me be able to go with ease which is helping with the latter too. This is my honest review. Too much B/S from companies to sell their products and I've tried few. These are a fraction of the price of stuff I've tried too. Worth a punt. Good luck 👍

Was a little sceptical about this when buying but I thought I would give it a go , I am so impressed with the results , iv been taking these capsules for a few days now & im amazed at how well they work !

Honestly, couldn’t get past day 3 of using them. The stomach cramps were the worst. Woke me up at 3/4am consistently. Felt so bloated and sore through out the day and would get random stomach cramps. I honestly wouldn’t recommend them, just not worth the suffering.

Well I wasn’t expecting that!!! I was sceptical when I looked at these so I decided I’d see for myself! Took at 6pm… went on night shift and 5am I started with a few cramps and the next thing I’m stuck on the loo seemingly losing half my body weight! Haha! Would absolutely recommend if you need a good clear out but just don’t take before a night shift 🤣

Only started these almost a week, best to do them when youe not busy and your at home .. they definitely make me feel less bloated and lighter feeling- only taken a few days!

I have ordered this before from a supposedly different manufacture which is no longer available and checked before ordering that the ingredients are the same, which the label says they are. However in order to get the same amount of each ingredient you have to take two tablets from this supplier which makes it much more expensive. Additionally although I am doing this it is not having the same effect. Very disappointed.
