Surprisingly effective if you need only light support
I was very impressed indeed with this support/glove. It is an incredibly minimal design, and lacks a rigid splint insert, so relies on the tension of the fabric only to provide both support and compression. However I found that it was so well designed and cut that it actually did a better job (and was more comfortable) than the more bulky thumb supports that I tried that contained splints and velcro straps etc. Obviously this glove cannot hold your thumb as immobile as bulkier solutions, or prevent knocks etc - but for when light support is needed this is a really great solution that is comfortable and lightweight enough to be worn all day. Really very impressed!

Poor thumb support
It is well made but sadly for me no support on my thumb. There was support around the wrist but I didn't need it there.

Trigger finger relief
Easy to use, slim when fitted on your wrist, relieved my pain quite a bit and quickly.

Not sure what good these would do
There is no support in these whatsoever. They’re just flimsy bits of stretchy stuff that fit snugly around the base of your hand but loose and flappy around the thumbs

you get what you pay for
I'm female senior citizen with arthritis which has now travelled to my thumb lower joint. I purchased this thumb support knowing it was just a mild support which it is. I got the small size and it fits without causing any problems but I feel the support may not be enough. I will keep it as it is good value for money. Its a bit difficult to get on but once on ok. I did purchase a heavier one which I will try later and let you know how that one is. The quality is efficient but not sure its endurable.

As described
The sleeve appears small and light compared to other wrist/thumb supports but it is the best I have used. I have strain/pain on my thumb in my right hand (I am rH'd) and cannot manage for long without support. Others are restrictive but this provides support and mobility.
