Based on the low price range it offers, first impression after the installation is that it is a good product worth considering if you don't want to spend so much money on a biometric lock. It is a very simple finger print based lock. Easy to install if your door is compatible with the product specs mentioned. If door is not compatible, you can still purchase this but may need the help of a carpenter. The only drawback I felt is that I had to spend some time to figure out the finger print registration mechanism from Youtube. My overall experience is good.

We have been using this lock for like 2 months it was operating pretty good but suddenly one day it stopped working for me it couldn’t recognise my fingerprint although it recognised my husband’s fingerprint…I then contacted the customer service which was very easy and was quick to solve the problem next day… From send them video of whats happening to getting help via video call assistance it was super easy and quick… Now it’s working great as having kid in my arms getting into the room with just touch of the fingers is great and efficient.., I don’t have to put in key n then turn it n open the door while placing my kid on the floor… Now i can easily opened it with just one hand and have my kind in my another arm with even carrying a bag… Its really great thank you Helett 🙏🏻💜🥰

Not working properly.i am unable to open my door.I have to struggle a lot. Not sturdy easily breakable.lock functionality is also not good .unable to recognise our own finger print.Now i have stopped using it.i am using same old lock now.There are no service providers also .i have done it from outside.Not worth the price.

Lock is great. Works flawlessly, has no fuss setup.Usage is very easy, even my senior citizen parents use this without any issues.Highly recommend.

Best fingerprint door lock in this price point. Go for it .

Helett HT210 Digital Door Lock is really an amazing product with excellent customer service.I have been using this since a week and works really fine.If you have aged parents at home, who find it difficult to get up and open the door every now and then when family members come. In that case this door lock is the solution.I would 100% recommend this for your main door.Please Note: This in not our main door primary Lock.

I ordered the door lock and installed however for some reason the lock was not registering the fingers. I reached out to the given whatsapp number in box and prompt came the response. Got myself on video call showing installation. On diagonosing, he said he'll send another piece and guide me through the installation. Once installed he'll have the faulty piece picked up. In few days I received another fresh piece and I reached out again to help me with installation. I was supported promptly through the installation and registering the admin finger recognition. Also, walked me through the processes of administering other finger recognition and pass through processes. He also verified the installation and the correctness of finger recognition process.Great support indeed. Very humble and patient throughout the conversation.I am happy with the purchase and has no hesitation to recommend.
