These are the best quality retractable knives I've ever bought. I normally buy these types of knives from the pound shop. But they always break, And never last long. I'm 100% sure will last me ages. I was pleasantly surprised to find that each knife, has 3 blades pre loaded in the handle. And you also get a pack of 10 blades with the set. So for me, these are well worth the money. I will definitely buy these again. But I'm sure it will be a very long while before I do.

These utility blades are good quality and value. Made in heavy duty plastic and metal. The extra blades can be stored in the body. There's an extra packet of blades included. I am impressed and would recommend.

Well made retractable knife with three addition blades tucked away inside.Disappointed that there isn’t a removable attachment to snap off the blade which means carrying a pair of pliers around when using 🙄Stanley and other makes have such gadget.Otherwise I’d have rated it a 5.

As soon as I held the box I knew these were quality. In engineering heavy is expensive, quality is heavy. Set of 5, each knife has spare blades in the handle, the box also comes with a set of separate spare blades too! I’m middle aged I don’t think I will ever use all these snap off blades! £9 and I now have a sharp brand new blade for life! These knifes feel very robust in the hand, the size up from a disposable type snap off you may have used. In a world where Brand names and using the cheapest materials and cheapest factories here we have Amazon specifying ( for the money ) the best materials and build quality. Inside the tough plastic handle is the metal carriage for the blades, the heart of this tool. The quality of this blade carriage is second to none. I will be very surprised if I ever need to buy a DIY knife ever again.

I received my 5 cutting knives ok but the spare pack of 10 blades were not in the box. Disappointed to say the least!

These knives were much better than I expected. They have a sturdy feel unlike other knives I have used with snap off blades. Blades are very sharp and seem to last well. Each knife comes with spare blades already in the handle. From memory, there are three blade strips in each of the 5 handles plus 10 spares in a separate sleave. They should last me for years. I could not see any tool for snapping off blades, like you get with some of the flimsier products so I use a pair of pliers. Other than that small criticism, they are excellent.

Purchased for regular use in our warehouse and they are simply not up to the job.The blade attachment is poor and the spare blade contained within has a mind of its own. If you need a knife for regular use...this is not it
