Great product and performanceSuper easy fit and installation

It’s been a few days since I had the shocks installed and they appear to be working properly, the ride is smooth. Most importantly the cost was awesome hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealership. I’ll follow up again in while on their longevity.

I received these shocks and they fit perfectly highly recommend. The only problem I had was the first set I received the connector came a part. They sent me out another pair and they were no problems

I ordered these shocks because they were a good price and were listed as compatible with my 2014 Escalade ESV. However, after installation, I realized that despite pumping up the shocks were still hitting on the bump stops. My mechanic had to remove them and replaced them with a separate set of shocks. These were almost 3 inches too long for my vehicle.

The perks are this is a better price than you're getting from the local auto store, they install as they should and they work properly.Downside of course is there is no warranty that I'm aware of and I'm not really sure about the longevity of the shock. Although I can't feel the difference looking at both shocks it's clear that they are not OEM quality but most aftermarket parts are not.Overall for the price it's a good purchase depending on the longevity.Until We Meet Again-Off the Grid Ken

These fit perfect on 2012 Escalade EXT. I have had them a few months so far so good they have definitely improved ride old shock had 100k miles on them. When I went over speed bumps it just went clunk on the old struts. With the new one it will bounce a little. The ride is much smoother. I did replace the rear with air ride as well. Note these do have the magnetic ride adjust (not the by pass kit) The worked seamlessly with the Cadillac electronic suspension system. Note shops will have the tool to recalibrate the suspension system when you put the new ones one. If you do not recalibrate you may get a service suspension system warning light on the dash. If you are a DIY you can disconnect the battery while changing the shocks. Then reconnect afterward but before starting vehicle you turn to on without starting and wait for the suspension light to turn on then go off. Then cycle the ignition off and back on this will recalibrate the suspension system. check your year model tech manual to be sure as different years and models vary on this procedure. Easiest if you have Tech tool to re-calibrate it like the shops do it.
