This toaster is great. It's light, compact, has every feature that I had hoped a larger and more expensive toaster would have: easy to change dial to adjust the toasting time, a button to adjust for frozen bread, a button for Bagels with large enough slots for the thicker slices, and it even has a Cancel button, unlike my previous toaster. The crumb catcher is easy to use and the results are consistent. I've used it frequently for about a month with no problems! I'm very happy with it!

If you saw some lower star reviews complaining about a smell when used, I wouldn't worry about it. The directions clearly state to put the toaster through several "Empty" cycles when you first get it to burn off manufacturing residues. I did this and it worked. I'm glad I didn't let those reviews about a smell turn me off to buying thisMy only complaint is a surprising sound when the toast pops. I prefer a very gentle sound as I am on the jumpy side. But I'll probably get used to it.

So far this little toaster is a pleasure to use. I would have given it a "5", but for safety, it should be more stable. It's extremely light and I had to purchase a mat to put underneath to keep it from sliding everywhere. Not too good for children ork older folks to use. I love the design and the various settings that are right in front. I've used it several times for different sizes of bread, as well as English Muffins. I do wish that the toasting number as far as light or dark, would have some type of white paint on that indicator, as you have to feel around for it to set it properly. Thank You!

I was need of a new toaster and we bought this one. It’s a basic toaster, exactly what we needed. The price is very reasonable. Just turn the knob and push down. It toasts the bread just perfect. We are very satisfied with this item.

I am VERY happy with my new toaster. The product was well priced and it works well. I have an expensive unit that does a variety of cooking but this small toaster fills the gap by making quick and toasting as desired.

Meh… It’s quite light in weight and doesn’t seem very sturdy. The temperature knob settings are almost impossible to see. The knob itself is matte black as is the raised line used to align to a level of darkness. The toasting is very uneven from one side of the bread to the opposite. It’s uneven on each single side as well. BUT, it’s much less expensive and the one we had was worse. Why aren’t there better toasters on the market?

Very nice looking. The toaster works well, I really enjoy the frozen selection button. My eggo has never tasted so good. Only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is because the electrical cord comes out of the middle of the toaster rather than the end.
