Much, MUCH better than the silicone ones!
I have gone through a half-dozen or more of the silicone replacement bands for my watch, usually getting maybe 3 or 4 months out of one before it breaks. This one did take more adjusting to get the fit right, but has gone a year and is doing fine still.

Stylish, easy to adjust.
Even though I had to return this (bought the wrong Garmin), the bracelet is really nice and is easy to adjust.
