I like these, being anaemic they help keep my iron levels up.The gummies are simply a fun way of taking pills to boost my general health.

Great for fussy teenagers who wont take tablets. They do provide a decent amount of iron but personally would love them to be a higher strength as they are much more expensive that the tablet version and you'd have to take more of these to get the equivalent dose, but overall happy that I can supplement the kids without argument. Apparently they taste better than some of the metallicy ones they've had previously, which probably accounts for the lower amount of iron.

I like the taste, it’s palatable. Initially didn’t realise you need 2 a day. I gauge it on how much iron my food has then adapt. So far I feel less tired, but only been taking for a few weeks as I’ve changed my diet to mainly vegan. So could be a combination of that too that I have more energy.

These have a really great taste and no funny aftertaste either which was a big issue with previous ones. Easy to take for people who don’t like swallowing pills

Bit of a not-so-lovely smell about them (not foul or off, just not great), and the taste isn't fantastic. However, it does what it says and seems to work

It has a wonderful cherry flavour and I can feel the difference with the added iron. Just remember to take it after a meal and give at least 30 minutes before drinking tea or coffee as these hamper absorption of iron.
