Used with an iphone and dr prius app to disable reverse and seatbelt beeping on a 2018 prius three. Took less than 1 minute to connect and change these settings through dr prius app. FYI still beeps once when put in reverse.

It worked flawlessly with my Toyota Avalon, so it should work with most Toyota models.I used the Apple app simply called "Car Scanner." I ran a scan of all systems, only the driver's window was listed as a problem (it wasn't). The archives of codes showed a Mass Air Flow sensor problem in the past. I'm going to replace the engine air filter, just to be safe.

I was able to use this with the IPhone to use DrPrius app. Seems to be of fairly good quality, price was reasonable.

So far it's working great and gave me access to stuff I couldn't get to with a bare bones OBD2 scanner. I used the paid versions of the OBD Fusion app and was able to clear a throttle position and can bus code for the transmission that a bare bones scanner couldn't clear on my Infiniti 2011 G37x

Ok… a few years ago, I purchased one of these dongles prior to a road trip; I wanted to know things which my car was not sharing. Oil pressure, cylinder head temperature, coolant temperature… as this would be the first long trip taken in this vehicle, I wanted a heads up before there was an issue.The previous version was only for use with andriod products, so I also purchased a Fire tablet and an app called 'Torque' which allows for a multitude of dials and gauges and, when attached to my dashboard with Velcro, I had all the real time displays I desired for this first long distance drive.After the trip I removed the tablet from my car and cleaned the sticky stuff from my dashboard, and gave the tablet away to a friend who had use for one.A couple of weeks ago I trouble light appeared on my car's display, but my iPhone could not communicate with the old dongle, so I purchased this ‘upgraded' version to read the trouble code. Using the recommended software app, the device would continually disconnect from my iPhone, so I tried a few other OBD2 apps, and was always disappointed with one thing or another in the functionality of this device.I recommend purchasing something of a higher quality, which I shall be doing after the return and refund are processed.I guess this would be just another case of getting what you pay for, in and of the low cost; however, this time I received less than I paid for, and a whole lot of wasted time, and frustration, for which I shall never be compensated.I will be purchasing a real handheld unit, rather than one which uses an app to WIFI or Bluetooth to communicate.If ever again I want more gauges displayed, I will put out more money to get one which will actually function well.In short, if you like wasting money, go ahead.

Tried to use with Dr.Prius app which did not see device. Documentation is a bit sparse, and is a bit unclear on pairing process. I assumed I needed to pair through my Android Bluetooth service. Dr.Prius app would not connect throwing a not-helpful error message. Sent support@acepanlong.com, which got back to me within a day!Do not pair the device, simply open with Dr.Prius (or other similar app). If you need to pair, code=1234.

Lots of good reviews on this so I bought it. Hooked it up, got the app, wooden connect the instructions are basic Go ahead delete the item and try to reconnect yeah how many times should I do that? I quit at about 10.I tried this on three different vehicles with a Samsung Galaxy phone and it would not connect.Doesn't mean it's bad except that I like things to work out of the box easily. That's just my personal preference so I sent this back.
