Great for making yogurt
This is a powder with no clumping. I use it to sprinkle into my yogurt starter to make a new batch of yogurt. I always have good results making yogurt with it.

Product is as promised!The powder dissolved in my coffee and has no offensive taste. I drink one teaspoon in coffee, 3 times per day to get my Tablespoon serving. I need fiber in my diet but I have difficulty eating bulk. The inulin is perfect. It's a painless way to get the fiber. I've already repurchased.
