It is soothing, gentle on the skin, doesn’t leave a sticky residue, or go white when dry, nor does it make the skin shiny. I found it helps with skin that was previously dry, itchy, and flakey. It’s a good complement to their daily use cream. It is a little difficult to control the amount that comes out. I use it after using an electric shaver on my head.

I bought the Shave, Balm and Moisturiser as a one-er.I'm a virgin to male skin care even though I'm 62! Since I've been using one of those Pitbull type head shavers I thought I'd have a look as some of this skin care stuff. I don't know the average price of cosmetics but thought the price was a little steep, however the reviews seemed to rate it so I thought I'd try.I thought I'd need the balm as I've been a wet shaver all my life and when I tried a dry shaver on my whiskers once - Crikey - felt like my face was on fire afterwards, even aftershave couldn't relieve it. When I used the dry head shaver though, maybe it's cos my pate is like leather, there was no burn. However I still use the balm and moisturise after.There is a very pleasant clean smell to the products, so that is nice, and quite happy with the products - you can use the moisturiser for your face too. Probably wouldn't use the balm again personally as I don't see any value in it, but those with sensitive skin may do well to use it.Moisturiser gives your pate quite a shine head unless you are prepared to use little and rub it in for a while.I'll probably come across something a little cheaper as my foray into head shaving continues and I have gained a little more experience. But we learn as we go along don't we.At the moment I like this stuff but I'll always try something else the next time around.4 stars as a bit pricey.

New to being bald and also having sensitive skin, when I shaved my head with a close cutting shaver (not razor) I realised how ‘hot’ my head felt in certain areas and after looking in a mirror, having red blotches in those areasThis balm definitely helps soothe those areas and the red blotches aren’t as noticeable anymoreTop quality, easy to use and smells pleasant enough and a little goes a long way too!

People be complaining in the reviews that this stuff is over-priced. Y'all okay?If you want something cheaper, by all means there's plenty out there, but if you want something to soothe and nourish after a shave of the dome, this is your stuff. A little goes a long way so the small bottle lasts ages, and this is from someone who shaves his head every other day. It also smells sexual.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Got this as it’s cheaper than my usual brand. It’s good, but not just as good as my other brand.

Excellent, can’t fault it, feels really good on shaved skin. Expensive for the amount so will see if I can get it cheaper from another store.

Definitely helped to reduce razor burn.Quite expensive per ml.

Got this to try and I love anything to do with Bees as I have Bee Hives of my own but never thought about wax my head until I tried this as it helps with dryness and it heals any sores leaving your head soft and healthy. I have no issues report got this when I ordered my Head Shaver would highly recommend.
