Love This
This is an amazing product... I like to start the day with either overnight oats of chia pudding, and a couple of teaspoons of this powder gives a beautiful flavour... I would ideally like to use fresh strawberries, but imported strawberries at this time of year are completely flavourless compared to our own (in season) strawberries... This powder is freeze dried and ground strawberries... Absolutely nothing else added... All the good stuff is retained, so its a great alternative to fresh... Although I havent tried using it in cakes, cookies, shakes etc. I'm certain it would be lovely... Highly recommended

Yummy strawberry powder
Great for sprinkling on ice cream or porridge. The powder is sweet but does not taste artificial. A good way to introduce hidden fruit into food.

Grainy and inconsistent
Ordered twice. First time was wonderful fine powder that made yoghurt very tasty. Second time it was quite grainy/seedy and less flavourful. Due to inconsistency I am hesitant to order again as I am not sure what I will receive

Excellent in home made icecream and buttercream , The skys the limit really as this can be added to anything that you want to add flavour and colour too , The flavour is intense and the colour is amazing highly reconmmend
