Basking lights for turtles
So far so good. I bought this lamp for my turtle tank. They seem to like it a lot. They bask everyday on the dock with the lights on.I have only had this for 3 days so I can’t comment on lifespan flickering or burnout rate.Size is good for my needs and it looks nice also the clip seems sturdy and durable

This is freaking awesome! Its easy to use, simple no crazy bells or whistles and it gets the job done. Had mine maybe...a year? Probably, still works great! (That's the fixture it's self) the light bulbs you will need to regularly change out. But the fixture is still working like a champ!

Buyer Beware!
When it was first received, one of the branch sockets didn't work at all. I ordered a replacement, and the same was true of that one. Now, the other branch doesn't work, so it's good I still had the original one I was going to return, because I have to use it, and now find a lamp that really does work. I mean, the one not working, and the other one lasting one month. What a headache, and waste of money!I was double-billed for this. They sent me a FREE one for a replacement, and then billed me again. Stay away from this retailer!

Perfect for my jumping spider!
I love this lamp it produces a great amount of heat for my acrylic enclosure I have for my jumping spider. I searched up and down through Amazon to find something that would work for me considering I’m not heating a giant enclosure/ reptile …just a tiny spider. My jumping spider is in the basement which is freezing so I really needed something that produced enough heat. Her enclosure sits at 75-85 degrees which is perfect; not to mention I didn’t have to worry about attaching a heating pad that could potentially burn or cause a fire on my enclosure. Highly recommend for jumping spider owners 🙂
