I bought these because they’re loaded with B vitamins and they were chewable. But they are very hard to chew so what I do is break them up with my mortar and pestle so that they are easier to chew. Make sure you have water available as they will dry out your mouth quickly But otherwise a great product.

Better off with the powder. It does works but 7 pills at a time? Not for me. I sprinkle it on my salad. Not a great taste but everything else in the salad pretty much takes care of that.If you don't know who Dr. Berg is you should give him some shot. YouTube, just put in his name. You might be pleasantly surprised!

I'm a mother of three and this is helped my vitamin b intake. I love the taste I even crave it. Dr breg products have been the best I ever used the quality is amazing. I really feeling his vitamins doing there job I can tell when I use his products that they make a difference. I FEEL GRATEFUL TO HAVE FOUUND THEM.

Update: I have found that if I grind them up with my ninja & mix it with pineapple juice. It is bearable. Looks like I will be able to order again.The product does make me feel a lot better. However, I struggle getting it down. I have tried everything. I have mixed it with just about everything I can think of to dull the flavor. Mixed it with my smoothies, juices etc etc. I can not chew it. Right now I have been grinding it up in my ninja mixing it with water or pineapple juice & taking it like a shot. This coming from a person that can take stuff like paraguard right out of the dropper. I still struggle with the flavor. I really want to love this product. Also 7 pills? I can't even swallow them. I about choked because I tried to swallow one and it got stuck in my throat. I have honestly tried so hard with this product. Because it does help me feel better. Sadly I think I will have to give up on this product. I am trying to get through the bottle. At the very least to give the product a legit try. With the hopes of finding a way to get it down without struggling so much with the flavor. I haven't been bummed about not being able to take a supplement before. If you can get past the flavor it's worth the purchase.

This is a great product and it has so many health benefits for using it.

I would rather just have nutritional yeast flakes, these are big and kind of hard for me to swallow. I guess it's good for people who need it, but don't like the taste of Nutritional Yeast Flakes, but I love them. I do appreciate Dr Berg though. He was the one who taught me about them in the first place.

I love the flavor of yeast, so I eat all 7 tablets at once, which is the recommended amount. They’re a treat for me. A natural source of B vitamins, these are not fortified synthetically. That’s why 7 tablets are the recommended daily dose. The tabs are not slick and kind of large. I wouldn’t try to swallow them. If you hate the taste of yeast, then these are not for you. I believe B vitamins aid the skin and help with mood when one is deficient. I order them regularly.

Good product
