When I first put batteries in my remote it didn’t work. Every time I pressed a button it just kept pressing it, making it impossible to navigate anything. Took the batteries out, put them in the other remote, same thing. Tried the first one again, turned the tv off and on, waited an hour, no luck. Emailed the seller and a day or two later I tried it again out of desperation and it works! It’s probably part of the setup, but mine didn’t come with any manual so I didn’t know what to expect. If you experience the same thing, don’t give up!

They worked right out of the package. No programming needed. We used as a replacement remote for the Samsung 65" Class 7 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV released in 2019. I installed the two AAA batteries and that was it. I give it 5 stars because all of the buttons function as intended, it required no programming, the price, and the fact that it came with two remotes (nice to have a back u up). Highly recommend.

Buttons are a little stiff but work perfectly fine

I bought these to replace my Samsung remote that was the same as these two that my dog got hold of and destroyed. These both work with my TV and are a prefect replacement. I am glad I did not have to go to a programable controller as they are expensive and often don't work as well as the original controller. Perfect replacement

Remember the old days when you’d buy an aftermarket remote and then have to program it for your tv? Those days are apparently long gone now. I have several Samsung smart tv’s, ranging from just bought this year to several years old, and the remote on the newest one started to malfunction already. These aftermarket remotes only cost $9 on sale for a pair of two(2). They look like the older style Samsung remote, which I prefer, compared to the sleeker, new remotes that only have a few buttons. I put 2 AAA batteries in and they worked perfectly without any programming whatsoever! All the functions worked like on the older Samsung remotes and now we have extra remotes to meet our family’s needs. Easy to use, great functionality, and super cheap! Highly recommended.

Works great! Not as premium feeling as the original but it works great and you get two for a very reasonable price. It's a remote so it doesn't need to be super luxurious.
