Poor quality Nokia product
I have used Nokia phones for years now and this is the worst one I've ever had. The battery life is abysmal, probably because it's so packed full of useless apps (this is supposed to be a simple dumbphone, not a smartphone). The predictive text function is bad - won't allow 's / number typing function is illogical. Message storage capability is tiny, I have to delete texts every day in order to receive new ones. Overall, this is such a disappointing drop in quality from Nokia. After 20+ years of buying them, this will certainly be my last.

Works ok.
Works well once I got used to it. It is much different from my old 3310 model. I only changed because the old one is 3G and will be discontinued soon.

Battery life disappointing
Needed a replacement simple phone and chose another Nokia. This will do the job. Nice to see that the functionality hasn't been improved from the previous model I had, with the same niggling issues as the last one.Points to note:This has 4G. Which has been helpful. The battery life is far less than I expected, given that the previous one would last a week without charging and there was less worry about being stuck on site with no means to call. The volume is at 12 even on the quietest setting, (one must assume that this is marketed at the older generation and that hearing aids are expensive). You can change the tones to something less intrusive, but due to the previous issues being present, the phone often reverts to the penetrating sounds of default tones for no reason.

Great non smart phone
Great phone to detox from life online, constantly checking social media and emails is not an option with this phone, so great for weekends to disconnect and read a book!

Nokia should be ashamed of themselves
Bought to replace an old nokia and returned to amazon shortly after. The old nokias suit my needs. These are for calling and texting with a few other handy dandys like alarm clock and calculator. I just need a simple phone that's an inobtrusive size that performs well with good sound. The old nokias used to offer this and with superb battery life. This new 'simple' nokia phone does not.Build quality is cheap and nasty. The phone is excessively large for simple day to day use (smart phone size but without smart phone purpose or functionality - why!?). Due to the large full colour screen battery life is nowhere near as expected even when barely using. The sound quality is poor - nowhere near as good as the simple feature phones of 20 years ago. It's a disgrace. Volume control is terrible. Flashlight is utterly pointless as it's so weak. Haven't tested the camera but I presume it's garbage too. The games are bog standard poor additions that seem to have been hastily bunged together with zero playability just to flesh out the phone and fill menu space. Facebook is on the main menu page which annoys me as if I wanted a phone to use facebook I'd get a smart phone. Functionality is generally poor and irritating - can't turn off irritating and loud start up tone, unlocking phone takes you menu screen instead of home screen meaning extra clicks to get where you want to be. Having fm radio is a nice feature but the layout isn't as user friendly as it should be making turning it off not as easy as it should be.But the real deal breaker is, as many other reviews have attested to, the repeated issues with call quality. Despite both callers having full reception calls have often been inaudible and robotic and we've really struggled to hear each other. Callers have often complained about my voice being hard to make out and excessive noise from things like my finger moving slightly on the back of the phone as i hold it! The phone feels so badly made and designed that I can only suspect that it carries faults and uses inferior components - particularly in regards to audio components. Even when it works the volume levels and audio quality is inferior to vintage phones. It's shocking. We need genuinely good, affordable feature phones. This is not one of them. As I have no intention of forking out for a mini computer and neither the desire to carry such an expensive and excessive piece of kit with me day to day I'm going back to my vintage fit-in-the-pocket nokia with it's weeks long battery and better call quality. Until they shut off the 2g network for good...

Not great quality
If like me you wanted a music player phone weigh good battery life then you’ll be disappointed at the sound quality, the built in mp3 player on this 8210 4G isn’t powerful, it sounds tinny and poor quality despite loading 256kbps mp3 files on it and using monitor headphones. I had high hopes for this phone but I just don’t think the quality is there. I also tried with ear buds and the sounds even worse. For calls or texts it’s good however powering the phone on is temperamental, I have to press the power button 5 or more times for it to power on. Is it worth £65, definitely not given the quality and cheap plasticky feel or the device. I owned the original 8210 and this doesn’t hold a candle to it the original was far better but getting new batteries for those was not easy. It’s a shame because I know Nokia can do better especially for this price point.
