Disappointed with Faulty Product Delivery – Digitech Gimbal from Amazon
The media could not be loaded. I recently ordered this Digitech gimbal from Amazon, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The product that arrived was faulty and clearly not functioning as described. Upon unboxing, I noticed that the gimbal was either previously used or poorly handled during shipping. It did not power on properly, and the stabilization feature was completely unresponsive.I contacted Amazon support immediately, and while the response time was decent, the resolution process was frustratingly slow. For a tech product like this, especially something as precise as a gimbal, proper handling and delivery are crucial.This experience has left me quite disappointed, as I expected better quality control from both Digitech and Amazon. I hope they take better care in future deliveries and ensure all products are tested and securely packed before shipping.Rating: 1/5---

Good product, but bad mobile app
The product is fine, worked as expected.It's mobile application has some cool features like Panaroma (180 & 340 Degree), Movement Locks, Face Detection and follow, but the thing is, it's mobile application does not work.It's some 3rd party app supported by Digitek, this stupid application keeps crashing, face detection feature is shitty as well.If you wanna use Gimbal without the app, then it's good (but without the app and its features, gimbal is not worth this much amount)

Its a Sheer Crap. Don't fall for the videos on YouTube and buy this.
Its total waste of money. I am writing this review after 4 months of usage. Within 4 months the gimbal start malfunctioning. The gimbal is not able to stabilize on its axis in all lock mode. The after sales support is waste and horrible by Digitek. Sent them the gimbal for repairing the gimbal for repairing as it is under warranty. They sent back the gimbal with more defects now the gimbal is not able change its orientation from landscape to portrait by using mode option after it came back from Digitek Service centre. The service centre is not responding to calls now and not even answering to mails.Buy a expensive gimbal if you have the budget or you can burn your money by putting it on fire atleast they will give you heat while burning but don't buy this crap.
