I've only taken this product for 3 days now, but really mean "What An Awakening"!! I'm talking about my BRAIN and the cognitive issues I've dealt with for the last 3 years. The C8 MCT Oil assist people to get into the state of Ketosis quickly which allows you to burn fat instead of burning Carbs as fuel for our body. But to my surprise the Ketones are quickly absorbed and readily available as fuel for our brains as well, and are a much better source of energy for them (our brains) than lactose or glucose.I feel my brain has been rejuvenated and energized. I bought this for my son because he has seizures every now and then after I had read the reviews how it helped. So I noticed he was drinking an energy drink and I told him not to mix it but he said he would be fine because it’s just coconut, well he ended up in the hospital, throwing up and pooping at the same time. He thought he was going to die. Beware people do not mix with any other type of supplement. !!!! it has given me and my daughter extra energy but it was a scary trip. I just don’t think I want to take these anymore.

I was using the liquid for a while, and went through a few bottles, but it became a whole process in the morning mixing it in with a drink. It's way easier to just swallow down two capsules. They're fairly large pills, but they go down quite easily. I feel like I actually get more effect from these than I did with the liquid, but hard to tell if it's just a placebo effect.I definitely notice a difference when taking this. I feel like I can get my day started faster. I was never really a morning person, but when I take these, I find I'm productive way earlier in the day without needing a caffiene kickstart.
