Whether you’re pregnant or not, this electrolyte is top tier. I’m someone who doesn’t want an overpowering flavor when it comes to electrolytes because the flavor can get old really fast but the grapefruit flavor is so subtle and refreshing that I could honestly drink it all the time. I feel so good everytime I drink and love that the ingredients are clean and simple. I’m hooked on these and will continue to purchase!!

Grapefruit is the only flavor that we have liked - the lime is OK but kinda has a funny taste to it. This is the perfect electrolyte option for those who do not want something super sweet. With other electrolyte brands, I have to water them down to get to a level of sweetness that is tolerable.

I was really excited about getting this product to help support my breastfeeding journey as I'm two+ months postpartum and I have lower supply. But, after a couple sips, I can't say I'll even finish one packet. The grapefruit flavor tastes like chemicals, not real fruit. Cannot recommend.

I drink one of these everyday to help with hydration especially since i am breastfeeding, it has helped with milk supply.

Estés embarazada o no, este electrolito es de primera. lo compre de limón no es dulce pero tampoco es amargo como otro,, No busco un sabor demasiado intenso en cuanto a electrolitos, ya que el sabor puede volverse aburrido enseguida, pero el sabor a limon es muy sutil y refrescante que, sinceramente, podría beberlo a cualquier hora. Me siento tan bien cada vez que lo bebo y me encanta que los ingredientes sean limpios y sencillos. sin duda seguiré comprándolos! recomendado 100%

These were pricey, so I expected them to taste good...but they really don't. I suppose if you use less water than usual to make it...it would be flavorful...but they are super bland.

I love Neededs hydration. It’s not to sweet or sugary. It’s also not salty like some other hydration mixes. One thing I really like about it is that it has trace minerals in it but doesn’t taste bitter like other trace minerals do.

These have been my go-to during my second pregnancy! I’m currently 32 weeks, and I have supplemented with these since about 14 weeks. They are great for anyone who struggles with lack of energy and mineral loss.
