I like this product it definitely works and does what it’s supposed to idk why so many people are hung up on the taste I don’t really think it’s bad at all and I’m picky about tastes cause I hate the liquid IVs & there so much sugar in them. I have the lemon flavor I fill a mason jar with water and give it a splash of lemonade for more of a taste with the packet and it works perfect !

I bought this for my pregnant wife who’s been having a hard time staying hydrated and can’t seem to keep any food or drinks down. Hoping this would help her feel better but it tastes like pool water and is near impossible to drink.

I like it! I’ve been using lmnt for 8 months now but wanted to try something different with less sodium. I like the ratio of ingredients in neededs. Idk why everyone’s complaining about the taste, I filled my 40oz Stanley about half way and it tastes like refreshing lemon water, you can hardly taste it. Just play with the amount of water for the desired taste.

So.. I’m giving this product 4 stars because it does what it’s supposed to do. Hydrate you, which I notice it does especially being 10weeks pregnant and have suffered a few occasions of low blood pressure 70/50 due to dehydration this product helps me keep hydrated…The flavor is not the best I can best explain it as a very watered down yellow Gatorade. I push through the taste simply for my health I wouldn’t purchase this product if I didn’t NEED it.

I was really excited about this because it's so hard finding electrolytes without stevia or artificial sweeteners, but I have to agree with others that this mix is incredibly difficult to get through. It tastes really bad and I am not picky. I wish they would create a flavorless version that I could add to anything I want.
