I've used similar air activated heating wraps before, but usually each treatment is one item and then you dispose of the entire thing. In this set, there is one belt and 4 little heating packs. Two go into the belt for each treatment. Personally I'm not a fan of this style, need to keep track of this belt that will probably get all sweaty from use. On the other hand, if you really only need the heat treatment on one side, you can extend the usage by only using one of the heat packs at once.The heat packs don't have any adhesive so you can't really use them without the single belt that comes in this set. The heat back I tested, didn't even seem to get very hot. The expiration is listed as 230620, which if I'm deciphering correctly means it is already expired since I ordered these in August 2023. I do not recommend these!

Really liked this. Used on a trip for a lower back ache. My daughter had this and it warms up and helped with the pain without having to plug anything in.

Not as good as the Termacare brand. But works ok.

These heat pads are excellent and very useful to use maybe 1 per week and will help you reduce lower back inflammation and the same with pain. they activate very fast after you open the back. the wrap is pretty stretchy and I could say it would fit on most big-size people but that all depends. is very durable, Use this before going to sleep to get better results, and in the morning you will feel the difference. in our case, it works and my wife who had her back surgery 6 month ago still gets a small pain feeling and this help her reduce that and feel better for work. the box brings 2 treatments so is a good amount if you want to try them. check the pictures for more details.

Likes:- these have no smell- like hand warmer packs, these heat up due to a chemical reaction with the air - work well when exposed to air and shaken a bit before applying to the body so they have a chance to get really activated- good for travel when you want some heat but can't plug in a heat pad- large size helps cover a large area of skin- don't stick to skin with adhesive - use a paper band wrap of sorts- heat lasts for a few hours - if they cooled off I just shook them up again and waiting for more chemical reactions to occur with the airDislikes:- paper band wrapper isn't great and started to fall apart after a single useNotes:- I found that using paper tape to hold these on or just positioning them between my back and the car seat worked well.

I have been using heat on my back for a while. It is a great way to get relief after a days work, or sometimes the next day when you feel it, and at home I use heating pads when I need to use heat. But when we are out, and I strain my back, I am not always near a outlet and these can help. On a side note, I found stretches help prevent the injury in the first place but I have a tendency to not know when I am pushing myself. I am happy with the one I have tried so far and I can recommend them. I used to get these tiny pads that were similar and this is just so much better than doing that.
