I needed an belt for outdoor use. This worked out great. I have a 33 inch waist. It is supposed to fit up to a 40 inch waist. For me, the fit is good and it keeps the pants up. Because it has some stretch to it, it is also really comfortable compared to most belts I have worn. It's very easy use, the buckle is simple to open or close. The buckle is made of plastic, though, so durability may be an issue. I have only had it for a few weeks so far.It's a bit pricey but if your are looking for a comfortable belt for hiking and such, it may be worth it.

Excellent belt. I love the low profile buckle and stretchy material - holds snug. I was worried a bit that it would be too long but it's perfect. I have a 31" waist and got the small.
