Wow wow wow! What a steal! Absolutely thrilled with the condition of the phone we have just bought! To say it’s reconditioned it looks brand spanking new! Not a scratch to be seen on it, the battery health is 100% I am delighted and will use this company again should I ever need to! They even through in 2 chargers, a plug and a FREE phone case! The media could not be loaded. really good phone it came in a nice pink colour came in really good condition have had no problems so far it only came today it took 1 day to come so really fast delivery and it came with. a charger and has good battery health my battery health is 87% so if your think of getting it i recommend it’s a really good price

The phone arrived looking practically new except the top had a few marks and scratches?, the screen was alright but could of been better, Set up was smooth however the phone only came with 85% battery health which for a Excellent condition I think should of been a bit higher , The phone itself is alright no immediate faults and working well except from the battery which doesn't last the longest

Bought this and was very impressed with the device. The condition was fantastic. However, after 5 months the battery died. I took this in for a repair (which cost me £100) and the shop asked where i had purchased this from. They went on to say that it had been bodged together inside. That things had just been stuck in with tape and itge qualitywas shody.Obviously i am not impressed with this as it's something you would't know from just looking at the device. After this experience i would never purchase a refurbished product again.

Perfect. Bought Iphone 13 in excellent condition and there was no scratches or no marks. The phone itself had no issues, set up went fine and transferred my data easily. Battery life was 86%, would've preferred higher but excellent condition is 80%+ so can't complain. Came with a screen protector which I used for the phone which was very much appreciated. Also came with a charger and plug. Overall would definitely reccomend this seller and I will definitely be buying future phones from NewFoneHouse.

I have been looking for a refurbished iPhone for my Mum for some time and as I had great experience with a refurbished iPad for myself from Amazon, I chose Amazon again.I was a bit sceptical if the iPhone would be as good as I had hoped as there were plenty of poor reviews on condition, cleanliness etc., but I found one sold by 'New Fone House' who had excellent reviews, plus I had the additional safety of Amazon's great 30 day return policy.When I opened the very well packed box and took the iPhone out I was blown away by the condition. I have a very critical eye, yet it literally looked brand new. There is not a single mark on the screen nor the delicate aluminium body. It was only the 87% battery health that pointed to it being a refurbished product. Given the condition of the phone, I hoped it would be a little more than 87%, but it is still over the 80% that Amazon state as the minimum for their refurbished items.The phone is fully set up and everything works as expected including TrueTone display, Face ID etc. There are also no warnings of non apple components, so it truly does feel like a brand new phone.In addition to the iPhone and cable (which I was expecting), there was also a 20 Watt power adapter and a high quality glass screen protector included. I maybe looking to purchase another, so I will seek out this reseller again.
