Have not used yet bought for future project, anticipate good results due to being a 3M product, bought to hold up ceiling panels and adheasive has to stick plywood one side fiberglass on other side, put hook and loop on that was hard plastic (hook/loop) but was not sticking long term so bought felt on one side and will allow 24/hrs for adhesive to cure per instructions which I did not due last goaround

This is my "go to" means a fastening my effect pedals to my pedal board. If you're not a musician that won't mean anything to you, but trust me; these strips hold the effects pedals to the board firmly without any give or rocking motion when I step on the pedal switches. Very high quality and a step up from normal velcro. It is a little bit more difficult to disengage, but that's part of its design. I bought some extra to have on hand just in case the need arises in other applications. Or if I add more pedals. Lol

Had trouble with regular velcro holding up a light battery powered decor lamp. This velcro seems to have it stuck but good. Just make sure that you clean the area where you are going to put the sticky first with alcohol if you can. Soap will leave a residue and lessen the holding power. Press well, maybe even several times before putting the load on this velcro, it will hold!!

Cannot hold anything that will give any resistance. Might work to keep a rug from slipping, but my rug is curling at the corners, and these did nothing.

These Velcro tabs are very strong. I use them on the feet of my circular knitting machine. They stick in very strong. I've had mine on a table over one year and I stick one half to my knitting machine so it doesn't move around. The tabs can be cut down to size. Very easy to use pull paper away from tab and stick it to a wall or table. The object being held will not move.
