Should be used on indoor for long lasting.Handles are good having good cuisine.100lb is more suitable for very beginners like max 5 pushups or starting fitness from home.If you're looking for the shape and effective should go for 200lb.Packing can be improve because it's only a having a Zip for closing the packaging.
