Without a doubt this is the best charger I have used.I can charge multiple phones at the same time or even my macbook pro 16 inches..And it is extremely small for the amount of power it delivers..Totally reccomend this product.

Using it for some time now. Very good and reliable product.

The charger was working fine until last Saturday.Suddenly it stopped charging and there is no instructions on how to repair through warranty.It is just a 3 months old purchase and it has failed is a big issue.Additionally there is no clear instruction on how to claim warranty for the product is another big issue.Will update if I find a way to repair it through warranty.Update :I did send an email to the support team of Ugreen, explaining the failure of the device. After a few email exchanges and a call, they did send me a replacement and the replaced charger is working fine. I am writing this update after 3 weeks of receiving the replacement charger.Thanks to the support team of Ugreen.

Built is strong and goodFits nicely into the electrical socketGood form factor.I am using it to simultaneously charge 2 IPhones and o r IPad.

The plug pins are definitely not for Indian plug points. You will need to get an adapter for a snug fit. Not using an adapter might lead to sparking due to a loose connection and resulting damage to the plug point and charger.There's no PPS support. I am extremely surprised that this is missing on such an expensive charger. To be fair, they haven't listed this feature, but even their own charger selling for INR ~2k less has it, so I didn't bother to check. Lack of PPS means charging speeds like warp charge, supervooc charge, etc. will not work. This means a slow charging rate and more heating.No return possible on this product either. Not buying ugreen again. They're charging premium prices for mediocre products.

A great product. Only issue was that the plug isn't suitable for Indian sockets, didn't fit well in any of the sockets (was too loose and heavy). Though the charging was up to the mark, but couldn't sustain multiple charging cables (too HEAVY). Avoid and see appropriate alternatives.

Happy to report that it works as advertised. It gets a bit confused if you connect two devices that want a lot of power to the two adjacent USB-C ports marked for laptops.
