Laptop received as per expectations
After couple of months of usage, laptop is still running with good performance.It arrived on time.Tiny scratch was initially concerning, however it is hardly visible and no bad impact on laptop performance.

They sent a computer with a virus
I purchased a $650 computer 5 days ago. It came yesterday. While setting it up I found it has a VIRUS. Amazon told me they are keeping my money until the computer return can be processed. A MONTH. It took them 4 days to send it, but a MONTH to return it.

Fine laptop compute
The laptop I got was perfectly fine all way around. Not even a sign it was used. But I still returned it because I need lighter and smaller package for my travels, like MS Surface Pro.

Fraught with errors
I have fought this thing since I bought it 2.5 months ago. Quality related to performance is horrible. Who has time to figure out how to “fix” a two-month old laptop that continuously loses icons off the desktop, applies facial recognition software randomly (students in my office have accessed my computer without my permission or my password), and this morning the menu attached to the Windows icon is missing so I have to hunt around to get to settings, then to passwords or printer. That in and of itself is not huge but certainly wastes my time over a point and click. This thing is less than three months old and I want to sail it out the window. I’m done.
